Origins

Entered the hospitality industry at 15 years old with work experience at Mietta's, but conducted her chef apprenticeship at the Austin Hospital and then the Porquoi restaurant. After graduating from trade school, went to work at Tansy's where she developed the basics of mediterranean cuisine that she is now known best for.
