Born in Melbourne, but also spent much time in Dublin, Ireland as his mother is Irish. Began apprenticeship with Hyatt in Melbourne, and also worked in London and around Europe. Has worked under internationally renowned chefs such as John Burton-Race and Marco Pierre White.
